This application is intended for companies or organizations which cater to large volumes of requests for assistance. This application allows for systematic recording and tracking of all requests from submission to completion. The quality of resolution to a request for assistance as well as the total turn-around time can be monitored. Information gathered may be quantified and used to further enhance services. This leads to a more responsive support team and a more satisfied user community. Similar to GS3’s Human Resource Applications, information can be entered via SMS.
