Project Manager
This application is for managers who appreciate the use of MS Project in managing tasks and resources. Effective task or project management can be achieved by delegating tasks to members of the team ensuring task ownership among the delegates. With the use of GS3’s Project Manager, planning and finalization of all required tasks using a Gantt chart available with MS Project can be done. All pertinent information are disseminated to team members by this tool using workflow and email engine of Lotus Notes and Domino. The application provides an interface for members to update individually assigned tasks. Data can then be synchronized with the MS Project file allowing for updates to be readily seen by managers and team leaders.
