Our HR Suite includes several modules that aim to facilitate all employee-related transactions such as filing for leaves, time in and time out, application for training and travel and employee 102 file record keeping and management. This package can be linked to a biometric system that captures data on the fly using unique personal identification marks such as finger prints. This application is intended for companies or organizations which cater to large volumes of requests for assistance. This application allows for systematic recording and tracking of all requests from submission to completion. The quality of resolution to a request for assistance as well as the total turn-around time can be monitored. Information gathered may be quantified and used to further enhance services. This leads to a more responsive support team and a more satisfied user community. Similar to GS3’s Human Resource Applications, information can be entered via SMS. |

e-Procurement Application
a Lotus Notes based application designed to automate the process of filing and approving various disbursement requests. This will provide an online view of status of eDisbursement request to Requestor and Finance and Accounting department. Further, eDisbursement system shall improve the turn-around time in processing requests. |
Common Application Features:
- Built-in Workflow
Managing the process flow is handled by the automated routing from data entry to report generation. Approval requests will be routed to the appropriate personnel/manager.
- E-mail Integration
Electronic notification is done via e-mail. For the notification, only document links are included in the body of e-mail. The links point to the electronic documents that are in a single server-based database, thereby reducing e-mail use of critical resources.
- Security
To access documents or forms, users are given viewing or editing rights appropriate to their respective authority or access level (ACL). This is applicable from the document level down to the field level, making the Accounting System a secure solution package. Field validation is also enforced to ensure completeness and logical accuracy of user entered data.
- Status Monitoring
All activities will be tracked and monitored through date and time stamps.
- Archiving
The system allows automatic or manual archiving of all transactions.. For automatic archiving, a scheduled agent will be enabled on a particular date. For manual archiving, users can select and archive transactions.
