eDisbursement System
A Lotus Notes based application designed to automate the process of filing and approving various disbursement requests, the system provides an online view of status of eDisbursement request to Requestor and Finance and Accounting department. Further, eDisbursement system shall improve the turn-around time in processing requests.
The eDisbursement Main Portal is composed of the following sections:
- eDisbursement Request Modules – which includes Business Expense Liquidation, Cash Advance, Capital Expenditure, Expense Reimbursement, Loans and Regular Payment
- Views – wherein all categorized views are consolidated and displayed.
- Reports – wherein all request and its contents are showed and selected data can be extracted to excel
- Maintenance Settings – this section maintains the system settings such as keywords. Also, it enables the user to access the maintenance tables used by the system.
